Not to be a negative Nancy, but I've noticed that the smilies have quite a bit of white aliasing that looks pretty poor on the dark background. Have you considered using a .PNG set instead? The PNG format supports alpha transparency so the edges of the icons can be transparently anti-aliased so they'd look equally good in the dark main background or in the white quote background.

Just a thought.

I will be creating new slightly larger icons soon, these are from the old default theme.

EDIT: I mean, they do look like they're breaking through the page

Hi everyone,

Check this post out if you haven't already noticed something new in the compose post/reply editor. ;) The old ones will remain as either the mods, Darkis or I will have to go in and edit your posts so the file name are changed to the new ones.

Is it possible to use the old ones? I do like the new ones a lot, but the size is the only problem. Sure, the "emotions" are more visible if they are big, but I find it kinda annoying to have this sort of bump in the text lines:
