Hey guys,

I noticed this in the last days and it's kinda annoying. This only applies to threads with more than one page. When hovering over such a thread the direct links to page are not clickable as the preview window blocks them.

Ideally, the preview would only show up when going over the link itself and not the whole area around it. I know there is an easy workaround (simply open the thread and then go to the desired page...) but it's not really helping with the usability of the forums.

I tried this in Chrome (latest Dev Build) and Internet Explorer 10, so I don't think t's related to my end.

Anyway - have a good day everyone,
Thee

Yeah, also tried it on iOS devices these days and it's the same problem there. Safe to say it's an issue based on the forums or rather a modification in use.

Also, I have been using a lot of forums based on XenForo the last year or two and coming back to a site running on PhpBB really feels "dated". I notice this the more I hang out here and use the forums. Anyway, not much of a problem... I'll get used to it again. If there are ever any plans to switch to a different software though, I'd highly recommend XenForo.

There is plans to switch to something a little more robust and less annoying. In the meantime we will work our best to sort out any of these issues while we wait ;)

Thee, as you are using IE 10, can you link an screenshot as well as your screen resolution. For those who are using Tablets or smart phones, I haven't added the adjustments (hover effects, etc) to the mobile stylesheets so they will not shrink or adjust based on screen size just yet. I will barring computer upgrade downtime. get on that later this week.

I hope everyone has had a great Christmas and a great new year.

Thank you for your patience.

Ah, this could very well be the reason for my problem then as well? I am only on a Ultrabook at 1366x768 right now. Haven't been able to try that on my regular machine yet.

Here is a screenshot of the problem in IE10.

No worries, take your time. As I said, it's relatively easy to be worked around. A great new year to you as well!

This issue should be fixed. Please let me know if you are having issues with a different screen resolution. I also fixed the mobile CSS sheets, so phones and tablets should have no issues displaying it properly.

I have also add a 900 ms delay on the pop up menu (preview thread), the amount of time the animation takes has been sped up. The box has been resized to a smaller width and pushed it way over to help. Also all the links inside that box are usable, you can click on the username, any link that shows up as a preview in the message and the go to recent post icon. The Go to Recent post Icon is next on the list to be upgraded.

If you are still having issues, please let me know and if you could attach an image that would be great.

Thank you for your patience.
